I make vectors in Photoshop. Can you PLEASE explain me how to make such smooth curves(like the ones in Pinkie's mane)?

I use Adobe Illustrator, which is a dedicated vector program. It has the ability to make strokes, which Photoshop lacks. With a stroke, you can make lines without having to draw both sides of the line, making the whole process much, much easier.

Well, I had AI demo, but always bugs-day after the instalation I wasn't able to open it. So that's why I use Photoshop.
